The phrase "This is the house that Jack built" came from a 16th century nursery rhyme and is often used as a derisory term in describing a badly constructed building. We often forget that God is an expert builder. For every house is built by someone, but He who built all things is God. (Heb. 3:4) We readily accept God as the Creator but forget He is also the Builder. God uses blueprints and builds perfectly. He is building you!
