Broken always carries the meaning of failure - broken life, broken marriage, broken car, etc. I want you to think of brokenness as a way of making "room" for you. Make a break in the line to make room for you. Someone "breaks" the line in traffic to make room for you. Someone scoots over (breaks the sitting arrangement) to make room for you to sit down.  Jesus said, "My body is broken for you," so you can be with Him! Amazing Love!
